These service packages offer unlimited messaging transactions and unlimited Direct accounts for ease. This charge is an annual subscription.

For integrations through the Application Program Interface (API) there are annual charges, which include the API, test exercises, test environments, technical support, maintenance and updates.

API documentation, available upon request.

Multi-Factor Authentication Functionality

SecureHIT Direct Mail offers multi-factor authentication (MFA), this authentication offers the benefit of improving the security of the platform. This process requires our users to use more than one method to verify the user's true identity, requiring them to enter more information than just a username and password. This authentication method helps mitigate and/or prevent unauthorized access to the service platform.
